About
A young Seeker with a penchant for adventure, Kaz is known for visiting unusual places in the search for new experiences. He usually strings along a ragtag group of friends to these journeys, perhaps even pull a new one to the mix if he gets lucky. The lad is smart and formal, quick to his wits, but his forward personality might come off as brash for others.
Currently, he strives to explore the far stretches of Eorzea's land and waters while learning the ways of the stars and arcanas. Alone he's reached as far as the entrance to Ishgard's eternal winterland, but he aims to go further and further until no inch of the Source is left to explore. 'Til then, his journey is far from finished.
Personality
Sociable. Fancies conversation with anyone who happens to be in his periphery. His charisma takes him far, but the same attribute can also lead to his downfall. Often he can be a victim to honeyed words and soft touches, although the man is anything but gullible. Looks snobbish but is generally gentle and kind to others, lest they intent malice on his few close friends.
Hooks
Athenaeum Astrologicum and astromancy. New to the studies of stars and arcanas, Kaz is much interested in learning from more experienced astrologians. Merely a few weeks into training, he has a long way to go before he is able to deem himself a fully-pledged practitioner of the class.
Ventures throughout Eorzea. Deeply interested in taking foot on every piece of land and water that the realm has to offer. What drives him to do so is unknown, but the Seeker is easy to give in to his wants. Bring him any story and he'd be glad to listen over a cup of steaming tea. That, or a cold mug of ale.
Soul transference. Several events have led Kaz to leave his realm of origin. His memories of the journey are fuzzy at best, but anyone who attempts to pry might get something out of him.

Kaz Shi'gawa of the Source was previously Myrr-Kaz of Norvrandt.
Fifth child to an esteemed family in Eulmore, Myrr-Kaz lived most of his life with relative comfort and luxury as a free citizen. Given his lineage, one would have expected an outstanding man from the young Mystel. Myrr-Kaz, however, was anything but a beacon of perfection. He became a common figure in the city's Beehive, frequently enjoyed the intimate company of fellow Eulmorians, and caused a stir wherever he pleased to visit.
"Young" and "adventurous" would be the choice words to describe Myrr-Kaz.
After the fall of Eulmore, he would venture to the Crystarium with his father Klein and look forward to a more free lifestyle. However, his mother had different plans for him. Kaz did not survive an attempt on his life and perished, but not before performing Flow unto himself and ultimately saving his soul from destruction.
Simultaneously, a maiden's desperate summoning in the Source took place, transferring his fleeting soul into the flesh of a deceased lover.
Thus did Kaz begin his life anew.
